Review on 🌬️ Honeywell Home 4-inch High Efficiency Air Cleaner Filter, MERV 12 Rated, (CF200A1008), 16 x 25 x 4 3/8 by Enoch Sahay

When I opened the Revain box, all three filters had deformed pleats. When I opened one of them I couldn't unfold it because the folds are glued to the filter box at the top and bottom. I called Honeywell 800 on the filter and did video support. After the agent consulted with someone, I was told that the curved pleats wouldn't affect the filter's performance, right? Unacceptable quality for a $27 filter made by a reputable company. I bought these more expensive ones thinking they might work better than the cheaper ones as both the drain and return are in the ceiling of my new house and we can't keep the baseboards clean due to the constant dust.
