Not waterproof from afar, and the light will die.
Great product idea and my Star Wars partner loved it. The plastic is slippery so they don't feel very good in the hand, and unfortunately they aren't waterproof enough to make them practically disposable as a lightsaber. There's a button at the end that needs to be pressed to turn on the light inside, but it's very loose and a small drop of soy sauce got inside. Now it's broken and while it can be used as a chopstick, it no longer glows and the button itself staggers. Quite a shame as the idea for the product is great.
