I'll start off with the negative because that's what most people are looking for.I only had an issue with one of the collars so far and that was it had a little stitching come undone but that did not interfere with the collars function. It came unstitched where they tacked down the excess. I just cut off the excess and all was good.The other issue I had was the same collar that had stitching issues also had the bell come off. This was good for the cat to play with but bad that the cat tried to eat it and I couldn't find my cat by sound.After fixing the issues on thre one collar everything else worked great and they are super reflective.
