I bought a Pro Bike Tool with a pressure gauge in 2015 and I am very happy with it. The Schrader fitting on the hose has been showing signs of wear lately, probably because I've had so many flats. I filled out the warranty claim form and received an immediate response. I was offered a replacement or refund. Since I like the pump very much, I decided to replace it. To my surprise, I received the exact same CO2 inflator as the one I ordered about a year ago. We found that because my order was completed so long ago, the standard Revain replacement order matched my most recent Pro Bike order. No problem, keep the CO2 inflator, order a new pump and they will refund my purchase. Great service, they honor their warranty and make a great pump. The new pump has a cap that the hose attaches to when the hose is removed. Nice improvement but I never had a problem with the old one. I have to highlight the excellent service, I don't think Roxanne ever sleeps as I always received an immediate response to my emails no matter when I sent them.
