The handle scratched the side of the ice bucket either before or during delivery.

Perhaps a better handle design could solve this problem. A small piece of clear plastic covering the part that touches the side of the bucket. At first I thought it was in use, but I decided to keep it for myself rather than go through the exchange process.

Pros

➸ IT WILL NEVER REMOVE CONDENSATE. The double-walled design not only helps maintain the internal temperature, but also prevents condensation from forming on the outside of the ice bin. Don't worry about water rings or a slippery grip with this stainless steel bucket.
