Easy installation with basic rules. There really is no right plan for the installation. I will say that. 12mm 6 point open end wrench. Not 12 because of 12 corner handles and 6 side handles. Remove the plastic covering the fan cover. Simple part. Unscrew the clutch fan screws x4. Loosen the head by 10mm and remove the fan. You may need to remove the wheel overflow. and remove the fan cover screws. However, you don't have to remove the cover. After removing the fan I got it by removing all the screws from the fairing and was able to loosen and remove it. The old clutch fan is larger. Remove the clutch fan by passing it under the upper radiator hose. Hoses do not need to be removed. Install and tighten new fan clutch. Install a new fan or an old fan and tighten. Put everything back on. Note took about 1 hour to clean up. This part worked fine, the fuel consumption has returned to normal and the RPM is now normal. My old clutch fan was blocked. Nice that this v8 design is on the outside of the stock where you can replace it better and faster.
