The tool does what it says, without hassle! Easy to use and customize your own workflows and processes for different purposes. You can even write custom scripts to perform more complex tasks that require some programming knowledge. No cons but if you know how to program there's nothing stopping you from writing your own macros or creating an advanced script to do something out of the box. I used this product mainly because my team was not comfortable using a third party software such as SFDC Syncrosoft. We were able to solve our problem in less than 3 months with just one developer (myself).
