Great Alternative For Salesforce users looking into automating their daily work

The tool does what it says, without hassle! Easy to use and customize your own workflows and processes for different purposes. You can even write custom scripts to perform more complex tasks that require some programming knowledge. No cons but if you know how to program there's nothing stopping you from writing your own macros or creating an advanced script to do something out of the box. I used this product mainly because my team was not comfortable using a third party software such as SFDC…

Great tool and easy-to learn platform

I like that it can be used for both sales force automation, as well as other types of business applications. It's not difficult to use once you get familiar with how everything works. The documentation could be improved - in particular when using scheduled job or batch processing there are some things missing from the instructions, which makes troubleshooting more challenging. Salesforce Reporting Services - useful tool

I like that it allows me to load my file without having to use something else outside of sales force, which can be tricky sometimes with external files/data sources; also likes how easy they have made loading reports for end users as well! Nothing in particular about this product but there are other products out there more cost effective (as far as licensing) than what we need right now so will continue looking into those options if needed at some point!
