Let me tell you first. At first glance, these collars are amazing. Unfortunately, the shock function stops working after about 20/30 days. I bought 6 of these and sent them back. Pat pet, bousnic and Lula Bu are the same products masquerading as different names. I didn't want to give them away as they are very comfortable and easy to use for my dogs. But they fail prematurely. I made Revane aware of this problem from day one. I tried to solve this problem every time I contacted them. So I sent back the last set of defective collars and "bought" new ones (on a trial basis) on October 20th. On November 8th, the collars stopped working. I contacted the support, did the troubleshooting without success. The representative suggested a replacement for one. The other collar worked intermittently, but not reliably. Today, November 11th, the second collar is completely out of order. Today I contacted support for a refund or replacement. At this point I just wanted to return it as I'm fed up. I was denied a refund and/or replacement. Response lied and said I received credit for a new item I just purchased *FALSE*. My previous collars that I returned have been returned to me. I told her to check all past messages/chats, order history and my returns. This is a scam. They have known for a long time that these collars do not work and do not allow them to be returned or replaced. Very dishonest and disappointing. Don't buy them. You will be without product and also without your money. After today's blatant unwillingness to help a very honest and very large Revain buyer, I will think twice before ordering ANYTHING. Revain should stand up for its well-paying customers, not a product it knows is corrupt.
