Doesn't filter half the water?
Mine didn't come with instructions and when I searched the internet I found a YouTube video from the manufacturer that says the filter is screwed in from below. The pieces don't fit together from the bottom, and when I put it on it doesn't twist. Half of the water flows unfiltered into the pot on the sides. The edges are not attached to the filter. I don't know what went wrong but I will change my rating if someone can let me know. Judging by the photos, they sent me the wrong filter.
