Review on Safety Technology International, Inc. STI-1200 Stopper II Flush Mount with Protective Polycarbonate Cover (No Horn) by Shawn Jacobs

This polycarbonate fireman's case arrived on time and is exactly what we needed. I work as a maintenance technician for our neighborhood association so it was my job to order and install this cover to protect the fire station from prying little hands. We recently had a false alarm which our security camera says was caused by a visiting 6 year old grandson from the area. The cover is easy to install and comes with the necessary hardware for drywall or stud mounting. It is made from thick polycarbonate plastic but does NOT prevent access to the fire alarm wand when it needs to be activated. In fact, this lid has clear instructions in red on how to get inside. The lid we bought DOES NOT have its own alarm, but for a few dollars you can buy a model that has its own buzzer that sounds when the lid is lifted. An excellent product of the same quality as the traction station itself.
