Review on ๐Ÿงน EnviroCare Replacement Anti-Allergen Vacuum Cleaner Dust Bags for Miele F,J,M Canisters - 25 Pack with 10 Filters by Charity Holloway

Not as thick and strong as branded bags but still good quality for a fraction of the price

I have been using these 'universal' branded vacuum bags in my Miele vacuum cleaner for a little over a year now. They seem to work just as well as branded bags, although they are made from a much thinner material than Miele branded bags. I noticed two main differences between these bags and Miele branded bags: 1. They are a bit harder to insert into the vacuum as the connector is made out of fairly thin cardboard rather than thick, durable plastic. Therefore, you must be careful not to bend the carton connector on the universal bags. Miele branded bags also have directional arrows to ensure you don't connect the bag upside down - there are no arrows on the universal connector.2. The filters that come with these bags are made of a different material than the well-known brands and this material is definitely of lower quality. However, Miele bags are about four times more expensive than these bags. As a pet owner, I buy a lot of vacuum cleaner bags and really can't imagine spending more than a few bucks each. Miele brand bags cost more than seven dollars each. High price even if they have nine-layer filtration, whatever that means. I confess that although these are the main bags I use, sometimes I buy branded bags to get better quality filters because they seem to trap a lot of dirt. I've found that the filters don't need to be changed as often as the bags, so a set of four filters lasts me almost a year.
