I bought these foam balls to practice on an indoor golf mat against a wall about 5 meters away. The ball is soft enough not to damage the paint on the walls, but resilient enough to bounce when you hit it. The ball bounces right back to you when you make a perfect swing. If you close the racquet head or open the racquet head on impact, the ball will bounce left or right. If you find a wall far enough away to hit it, hearing the sound of the ball hitting the wall and bouncing back will be really fun. If you don't hit them, the ball will bounce up towards the ceiling instead of returning to you. For wall training I give it 5 stars because these balls have helped me train indoors during the winter, keep my body flexible and build a good swing for the next golf season.
