I used the motorcycle version of these grips and loved them so I put them on my DH bike. This is a small diameter handle with a slightly flat diamond pattern (no waffle). So if you prefer a larger diameter grip, it probably isn't for you. I didn't have the hardware issues that other reviewers complained about. The compound is soft and grippy, while the motorcycle ones last forever and feel softer when worn. Due to the translucent composition, they will get dirty if that bothers you.
