Fixed an issue where air was only escaping from the top bar.
It was so easy to replace and fix the problem of air only coming out of the upper dash. I installed a 2003 Excursion 6.0 diesel. I recommend removing the rubber feet and then loosening the 2 screws on the side panel to fit the new bottom feet into the metal bracket, then turning on the vacuum and screwing back in. It takes less than 10 minutes.
