This switch works and looks the same as the OEM. Even the backlight is the right color and brightness. However, this switch doesn't fit well enough into the socket on the door panel for the clips to snap into place without some tweaking and adjustment. I spent 20 minutes with a flat file trimming the alignment blocks and clips to make sure they fit the way they should. It works well so I agree with the price but be aware that some adjustment is needed.
