We used these at my daughter's wedding reception to supplement the "light swords" we used for the "light saber salute" as they departed. We brought them out a little early and people brought them to the dance floor. They were quite a hit! The hooks were a nice feature allowing people to hang them from their ears and other places for some funny pictures. They only had to last about 2 hours for us, but they added to the overall enjoyment of the reception and "lit up" the party. They were all still glowing when we left, so I have no idea how long they lasted, but they were well worth the investment for the boost they gave the party.
