first one did not work
got the volume/seek switch replaced--- the down volume works, but up does notthese are a pain to install, but i am going to try the wire method someone on here suggested. the lower buttons on mine have ZERO slack so i cant even get those out.will see, but these may get returned--especially if they function as poorly as the volume control. nice thing is that the lighting DID work on the one i got replaced
