Update: Customer service was excellent. After an initial poor review due to a product defect, we have updated the review to reflect our excellent customer service. Even though the product was a bit out of warranty, they responded promptly with technical questions and provided a free replacement after they found it beyond repair. The device is a very good solution for limited space, looks nice and is easy to use. There are no raised dials for working and cleaning, and the controls are conveniently and securely located on the front panel.
