What I like most is that it's very easy to use. The interface is user friendly and no training needed. It has lots of features, but still simple and easy to follow. There are some bugs in the software, like problems with sound or slow performance. It can be used to send documents via network fax and email. We're using it for our business and all employees will have access to document sending and receiving easily. The price is great, it works well with our existing phone system, and has a lot of useful features. It's easy to use and install. There are some minor bugs that could be fixed. I would say the biggest benefit is that it allows us to send faxes from anywhere in the world without having to have an expensive dedicated fax line. We can also easily receive faxes from any location.
