Received this with a damaged box opened and has obviously been used. There was dust, hair and who knows what else on the hoses and attachments. Everything was thrown back into the box. When I called Revane to express my disgust, I received a refund after speaking to a second person. Although I understand such cases are rare, I was so disgusted. But still. I will not blame the product or the product. I'm a little hesitant to buy another one. Seems well done. The pieces and parts were not flimsy and felt quite heavy. The item looked well made. Keep in mind that you will receive a used product I think.
