I can work with this cable. In fact, I prefer this elastic cord over others in most cases. But if I need a smaller stretch band for my small beads, then I have to use the smaller diameter. My mistake was that I didn't pay attention to the diameter of the cord before buying it. Otherwise, it's great for larger beads, bracelets, etc.
