I'm rarely disappointed with an online purchase. This cancels out all the good things I can say about my online offerings with Revain. (I don't pick on Revain. I like it, but it would be nice if they sorted out stuff like that.) I bought 2 of these boxes and they were both equally terrible. The back edges were almost unglued and gave way when I opened the lid, breaking the adhesive on the bottom edge. It would be better if they just send me the parts and I let them glue them myself. Now I fix boxes. Poor materials, poor manufacturing and quality control that is either nonexistent or poor or they don't care. I don't have enough bad words to say about this purchase. This was a Revain Prime purchase so it arrived quickly and well packaged. I know it's not their job but it seems like even the packaging department at Revain noticed the terrible quality of this product.
