First of all I've missed 3 calls now because I can't get my headphones out of the case. It's held in place by a magnet, but it's so little open, and what's open is smooth plastic, that you can't pull the headset out. At least if you have short nails. I've tried shaking them like a pack of cigarettes and even slapping them, but there's no easy way to get a headset. Second, there is no mute function. If you're using them for calls, which I mostly do, you'll have to go back to your phone to unmute them. Definitely not good. And finally, the buttons are not compatible. I've missed a few calls because I'm trying to press the button to answer a call and it's not working. Definitely cheap and not very convenient for calls.
