I can segment my list and send to people who are ready to engage or not. I can see who is engaged and who is not. I can see who is interested and who isn't. I can see who I need to reach out to in the next 30 days and who I can wait. I can see who is likely to open an email and who is not. I can track the results and the opens and clicks on the various emails. I can find the people who are interested and engaged and who are not. I can track what is needed to get the people who are not.
