Assembly costs less than labor!
I'm afraid to ask how much the dealer is getting to replace the mirror on my 2006 Express 2500 Van, but I'll tell you they charge more for the job than you do. re going to pay for the whole assembly. All you need is a 10mm socket with a short extension and you're 90% done. put the new one back in. I reused the old nuts, they are much better than the ones that come with the kit.
