The support team at partner portal has been great to work with so far! They have helped me figure out how to use various modules that we are using within our business as well as what additional features would be needed once it's live. I haven't had any issues or problems yet but if there were something i could improve upon then please let them know because they will make sure you get an answer quickly. We're looking into implementing some new tools/features right now including product data which should help us keep track of items sold over time by customers.
