We have been using trackPlan for over 10 years now and it has always served us well in keeping our fleet of equipment running at peak efficiency. The software is easy to use but I like that they offer more robust features as you need them with new upgrades every year or so (e.g., auto-calibration). There are some things we don't particularly care for about this product - namely how slow their support staff can be if there's an issue (or even just something simple) when setting up tracking data fields/parameters. Also not sure why you'd want separate GPS units per vehicle type; rather than one unit which tracks all vehicles together? That being said, other companies who provide similar services do charge additional fees for each individual device used instead of providing only 1 system. It would also benefit from having different user interfaces depending upon whether someone wants to see live information while out in field vs viewing historical records.
