Well done IMO. The male end of your extension cord slides into the back and is held securely in the back by a sturdy design. Very inventive. This way the pins of your male end will stick out and be accessible for the female end that you plug into the connector. I smeared a thick layer of silicone dielectric grease on the back where my pin end connects to the inside of the connector and I'm glad I have a very waterproof connector that is holding up. I mounted a white car low on its plastic bumper to have a connector for the engine and battery heaters; it fits perfectly or masks that white port on my white machine. I assumed the 2" hole was a sloppy fit, probably 1 3/4" would be correct. If you prefer black, I recommend the NOCO GCP1 (a few bucks more).
