What I like best is getting quick and easy access to my entire patient database, from any device at any time with no downloads needed. The software is free/simple enough so anyone can use it (even if they don't have much experience). The interface isn't always intuitive or user friendly. There are many times when I want to add an item that isn't available in the drop-down menus - they're too limited. You must go through the process of creating your own custom fields, then manually inputting them into each new appointment. This takes time and doesn't save you anything as far as time goes. It would be nice to just drop the field into the appointment itself instead of manually inserting it every time. I'm able to keep track of all of my patients' appointments, plus check their current medications.
