The only thing I don't like about VIC is that it does not have an option to email clients directly from the app, so if you want to send them something they need to open up your website or go through their inbox. The vet-in cloud is very user friendly - I was blown away by how easy it has made scheduling appointments, entering data into my records (including client pay information). What I like best is getting quick and easy access to my entire patient database, from any device at any time with no downloads needed. The software is free/simple enough so anyone can use it (even if they don't have much experience). The interface isn't always intuitive or user friendly.
