The only thing I don't like about VIC is that it does not have an option to email clients directly from the app, so if you want to send them something they need to open up your website or go through their inbox. It's simple and easy to use! Just upload all documents into one place - vet visits, vaccines given, etc. No more remembering what was done when and where! If you're looking for an affordable solution to help keep track of client records this will do just fine. This has helped my business streamline paperwork/records keeping (vet visit reports) with ease since we started using it last year.
