The vet-in cloud is very user friendly - I was blown away by how easy it has made scheduling appointments, entering data into my records (including client pay information). It's also really great that they provide phone support when you need help! There isn't much to dislike about this software as far as functionality goes but if there were any issues with them not responding quickly enough or being able too resolve your concerns via email then we would have some complaints regarding customer service from their end. We are saving time because of all our paperwork including invoices can be stored online now which cuts down on paper clutter around the office while still having accessable whenever needed.
