Missing 14 pieces! for my opinion

Difficult enough puzzle and as extra added difficulty there are 14 pieces missing.
I’ve heard about missing pieces in other reviews but always thought it was likely pieces lost by the purchaser. It’s just my husband and I, no kids, no pets - no we didn’t lose pieces.

This puzzle was awesome. Difficulty level is high, loved it! Tried doing it by piece shape but always got drawn back to colors. Cheat letters on back of pieces if this puzzle proves to be too difficult for you. Quality thick pieces. I will be purchasing Bgraamiens brand again.
