User friendly platform that runs well in cloud or your datacenter
The ease of use and the ability to have the app run on our own servers. The support is also very good. There is nothing really i dislike about this product. It has been a great experience working with the Bringg team. They have been very helpful and responsive. They also give a lot of free support. I have not used the API but the support team are very helpful. We are using this product to solve an issue with our email marketing. We are using the API to send out emails and tracking the open and click through rate.

- Great customer service
- Support for running in your self hosted environment (API)
- Very easy interface, especially compared other competitors like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
- Email templates that can be easily edited without having HTML knowledge required.
Cons
- Not as feature rich when it comes down implementing complex automation rules
- No full integration between platforms
