This is a great little drop handlebar bag for the money. I was lucky that I could attach the headlamp over the bag. I was a bit concerned that I might melt the pouch if my lamp got too hot (the bottom of my lamp almost touches the top of the pouch), but I wasn't worried about that anymore. I have 420mm bars on one bike and 400mm bars on the other (photo on both bikes). It's spacious and looks great. With a carbon fork, I'd rather put weight on the front of the bike than on the back. In addition, studies show that front-mounted bags are more aerodynamic than rear-mounted ones. It's roomy enough for me to carry extra tanks, CO2, a tool, tire repair kit, winter gloves, a raincoat and more.
