POSTER? Yupperz, that's right, 2 pieces of green cardboard

(thick kraft paper) one on each side of the coil --- don't assume the pictures of this article shows for the 40th year -Amp model, yellow capacitor and the coil version shown in the pictures is for the 60 amp model only, found it the hard way when on delivery my resistance check before connecting showed an obvious short. the spool itself was not fully tightened and offset from the mounting screw (probably due to rough transportation) - I fixed it myself with a stronger mounting screw and that's when I noticed 2 regular gray insulating grommets, then the back was thick, like kraft the paper has one greenish color, I seriously doubt this green paper puck is anything special, I could be wrong, maybe it's a cosmic alien thermal abrasion layer that mysteriously absorbs all the heat? Again I fixed it myself, voided the warranty and all, and yes I'm upset about it. The photos in the 40 amp version actually show the inside of the 60 amp version and the green cardboard, which looks like it has been heated for a year or three, can catch fire and become brittle from the intense heat. and just a bad soldier joint that I fixed. Bear in mind this unit was an upgrade to a similar version PWM T40 (ebay) and is serving in a campervan also powered by an old POWERJACK 6000w inverter - so only advice I can give if You, like me, don't t If you can afford an expensive unit, double and triple check the inside guts (even if it voids your warranty) - RVs on wheels bounce, so I've learned a few lessons. BTW everything works now, the LCD is also similar to my old PWM so nothing to learn, for 90's you would think there would be a better mounting screw for the coil and maybe a thicker grommet for the coil instead of cardboard --- - - If you mounting this at home you'll probably be fine if your phone doesn't hurt to check the guts before a fire strikes. 1 star only = very disappointed with the amount of pre-installation work, soldier formations and cardboard. -- Not sure about the 60 amp version, maybe I should have gotten a more powerful MPPT from the same company. instead mpany - well :(
