Old school, the best of chef's knives
When I was a little kid, my grandma had an old wooden-handled butcher knife in the kitchen and this old hickory butcher knife reminds me of her knife. the quality of the steel in this one because it was so worn the blade looked like the outline of a humpback whale. and nice to see - MADE IN USA - stamped right into the steel of the blade. Excellent quality "old school" butcher knives, made by our friends here in America. Thanks very much!
