The product is wrinkled. The box is undamaged but the item is there.
This is a nice sturdy tray but it arrived crumpled which is disappointing. It was not damaged in transit either Box it came in it arrived in good condition with sharp corners and no dents or cracks I'm sure this is not always the case I just think a little more quality control before the items are dispatched would be good The item itself is quite sturdy which makes it even more amazing when it arrived crumpled.
