I’m 5’5” and 152 lbs and medium for me well. I’m breastfeeding and this dress works perfect. The girls are big, they’re comfortable, they’re covered, and they’re accessible. The fit is flattering. I normally wear large in most tops, but medium was great. Not too tight, not too large. Form fitting enough. I don’t need to wear a slip or anything. The quality is great too. Nice and thick. I got the red one for Christmas.
