I have a modern sofa with metal legs that scratched my wooden floor like hell. Since I'm about to swap out the bottoms, I wanted the chair leg protectors to be transparent enough that they're barely visible. This product meets all requirements. I flipped the couch over and after figuring out the best way to put them on my feet they were on in minutes (I didn't boil them to make them more flexible like the instructions suggest; the silicone was flexible enough). . The four star rating is because 1) the cork mount (not as the description says) is very thin at the bottom so I plan on swapping it out for felt at some point and 2) this type of silicone material reminds me of a transparent mobile phone. Protective cases that I have bought in the past that have yellowed over time. The good news is that I had to buy a pack of 16 so they should last a while.
