I'm sorry to report that my online shopping experience with SUREMATE was less than stellar. They carry a large variety of women's apparel, footwear, and accessories, but I was disappointed with my purchases. Some items were fine, but others were so poorly constructed that they ripped after one wash. And the sneakers, well, let's just say they were as comfortable as walking on a piece of cardboard. Let's just say it's a good thing I didn't blow the budget on jewels. The parts were inexpensive and flimsy, like those from a gumball machine. Their website is user-friendly, but the quality of their customer support was severely lacking. It was difficult to get an answer from them, and when I did it wasn't particularly useful. My experience shopping at the SUREMATE online site has been mixed. You could discover something of value if you're willing to look through their stock. However, you should seek elsewhere for trustworthy and high-quality clothing options.
