Update: 6/27/19 - the company got back to me quickly and offered a solution to my problem. I suspect my system is a bit dated (and it's been years since I replaced the #5 filter like the rest) and I still have a screw on the #5 filter PVC tee instead of the quick connector ( and plug in ) the newer connections that came with this package. After the company contacted me, Oscar offered to send me a "T" quick connector that would allow the #5 filter to be connected without the "T" bolt I had. Went like clockwork! Thanks for your help Oscar and I appreciate you sending me this piece so quickly! Increased my previous rating to 4 stars! Now my system is ready for this setup bundled at a great price compared to direct APEC! If you already have a quick connect set up (i.e. not a PVC tee shape that screws into the #5 filter) this should work. RO-45.2 is marked with an asterisk because the Stage 5 (K2540 JJ) chlorine, taste and odor reduction filter is not suitable for the APEC RO-45 apec system. The connectors are not suitable for connection to the RO-45 system. The correct part number is CL10RO and is not included. Will update the rating with more positive feedback if the seller swaps the level 5 filter for a compatible filter.
