I liked this chair. I'm 5ft 10", 180lbs and it has worked for my arthritic back pain related to spina bifida but after only 2 months one of the metal rods broke leaving dangerous jagged edges and making the chair unstable. Back then I just sat in it and never overloaded or overstrained the chair. I tried contacting the seller to see if they offer a replacement part but all I could get was a Revain rep saying the product didn't meet the requirements. I think that's why Revain is asking you to take out furniture insurance. If I could get service on time, my rating would be better. I do not like it. I was able to fix this one with Gorilla Tape and it works fine although it creaks a bit. I would have paid more for one of this style and size made with better materials and components, but it was cheap so it was worth it in the end.
