We use a Royal 805MC shredder for our home office. Heck, we're retired! After low usage (maybe just 200 pages in a few months) it stopped working. It tears but just won't cut the paper no matter how hard we try to insert ONE side. And I don't see any way to get to the editor to see what the problem is. Sounds like it's working fine. It is NOT pinched - you can hear the cutter turning. back is fine. You can hear the blades cutting paper, but nothing is being cut. But it won't cut the paper no matter how we try to insert it. It's hard to find a more useless paper shredder.
