In general, I bought this TV set a few months ago. Among the shortcomings, I note that the LED backlight of this device gives ripples on the screen when the dynamic backlight is turned on, and also if it is not equal to either 0 or 100. This is due to the budgetary performance of the PWMcomntrol of this very backlight (in the store you will always be shown with 100 percent backlight). But it's okay, the problem iscommmon and inherent in general LED. The fun began 3 months after the purchase, one day the application menu stopped opening for me (there I was only interested in access to the HDD), so I took it and reset the settings, it helped. After 10 days the same situation, after 3 days the same. Now this situation is every time you turn on the TV, the menu does not open, smart functions are actually not available. I was looking for a firmware for this TV set, it simply does not exist, there is not even a Heysens website in 2022. What the hell knows what to do, because of this, I don’t really want to drag not the smallest TV into the service. Separately, I want to tell you about those 100 unnecessary applications that this Smart TV offers us in its TV Store. Forget about Skype, FBontakte and other Android TV chips, this is Opera TV and you will have a browser, twitter and YouTube from what you need. The only good news is that it produces a really powerful picture and 4k is a feast for the eyes to watch. But smart is superfluous with this approach. I did find the firmware for this TV set !
