great printer for the price in my opinion. My first thermal printer, it was easy to set up, downloaded the driver and set it up in under an hour. Print quality is good, not perfect, a few light spots here and there on the label, but printed 100+ labels with no problems. I used a private service to purchase discounted shipping with USPS to fulfill orders, all my shipments have arrived. The labels look professional, I think this is a great printer for the job. Make sure you choose 4x6 if that is the label size. I've seen others complain about the labels getting mixed up or double printed. I had a few prints per inch or so before selecting the correct size (4x6) in the printer settings then everything was fine. I like that I don't have to buy ink. I use the supplied cardboard labels as holders. I don't think you need to buy them separately if you're trying to stay on budget. I like everything about it. the color, the size of the shape, even the sound the seal makes. Some of the others in the same price range had larger and less attractive form factors to me. It was a great purchase for my business
