Before I start I just want to say the pc is amazing for the price and I am very happy with my purchase but as they say finally getting a working pc hurt me. The computer came and shows nothing. I myself sat for an hour, almost completely rebuilding the PC and trying to get it to work. After I couldn't get it to work I called support and it took them 2 1/2 HOURS to finally answer and when they did they told me to send it back for repair which I did. I sent my computer back and received no information that the computer actually reached them, so after 2 weeks I decided to email them and ask if my computer reached them. The next day I got the answer that he would be here at the end of the week. It was difficult to get a working PC but now that it's here and working my only complaint is that 500GB isn't enough storage, I would recommend at least a TB of storage if not more.
