I was very excited when I found a fan to fit my brother's computer motherboard, but I didn't even have time to install it. I'm sure the fan would have been great but during its installation the screw heads loosened like wet bread and came loose when installing the fan onto the motherboard, I thought it might be a defective screw that I could work around but then the second one did it! Now I can't even reinstall the old fan because I now have broken screws stuck in my motherboard even after trying to pry them out with pliers, finger twist, pliers. Nothing! The screws are so soft that they just bend and warp during my attempts. Because of this incident, I may have to look for a new motherboard. Your few broken screws probably just added another $300-$400 to a simple upgrade :(
