We are solving many issues related to time tracking which is difficult to do manually especially if there is large group of employees. Our main issue resolved was, we used to track employee who worked remotely where the manager could not access them directly but now the managers also get notified whenever someone logs off from remote office through a notification window provided to them via email. This helps us manage and keep records about the people who work out of offices on different continents at times. I like that we can see our network traffic easily with this software. Also you can monitor devices or applications. You cannot set alerts because they are not good at that yet but other than those two things it's ok. If you need an inexpensive solution for monitoring then i would recommend using syncmonkey. We have been able to identify performance issues before users do. This has helped us solve problems quicker!
